These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at easy-coding.io (the “Website”), operated by Bangalore Easycoding LLP (“easyCoding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability partnership incorporated in India with its registered office at 235, Binnamangala 2nd Floor, 13th Cross Road, Indira Nagar 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560038, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

• “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, images, designs, code, and other material on the Website.
• “You” / “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Website.
• “Services” means the information about our products and studio offering made available through the Website. Paid or client engagements are governed by separate agreements (see Section 7).

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or connected systems;

You may view and temporarily download Content for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not modify, republish, or use any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you submit information through our contact form or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal data you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU/Germany, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless easyCoding and its partners and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.

EU/German consumers: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
